Overall, it works okay and definitely makes me feel a bit safer using the fire pit!!! That said, sparks still pop out sometimes, especially near the chairs, so I still have to keep an eye on it!!!

This thing is way too heavy to move around easily!! I wasn’t expecting it to be such a hassle, and trying to shift it from one spot to another got old fast.

The fire pit looks really nice and it works fine, so I’m not mad at it… but I did have a tiny dramatic moment when I realized the heat doesn’t really reach that far. If you’re sitting close, it feels cozy and great, but move back a few feet and suddenly it’s like the fire forgot you exist. It burns clean, which I do appreciate, and it looks good on the patio, but I really thought it was going to warm the whole area more. Not terrible at all, just not the patio-heating miracle I had built up in my head.

and I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to Breeo customer service. They got back to me quickly and were easy to talk to, which I appreciated because it didn’t feel like some copy-and-paste response. It did take one extra message to fully get things sorted out, so it wasn’t totally seamless, but they fixed the problem and kept me updated along the way. Overall, I’m happy with the support.

I’m a little confused because I expected this to be practically smokeless, but it still puts out some smoke. It’s not terrible, just not quite what I thought I was getting

Ordering was fine overall, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience for me. The site was slow on my phone, and checkout felt a little awkward to get through. I did manage to place my order in the end, but it took more fiddling around than I expected. Personally, I’d say it’s okay if you’re patient, but not the easiest ordering experience.

The fire pit is definitely solid and has some nice weight to it, so overall the build quality feels good. That said, mine had a few rough edges, and the finish scratched more easily than I was expecting. Setup wasn’t too bad, but I was hoping for clearer instructions to make the process smoother. It still works fine and looks decent, I just expected it to feel a little more premium for the price

It works fine for what it is, but dealing with the ash afterward is super annoying. Every time I use it, the cleanup feels like way more effort than it should be. I haven’t bothered reaching out to customer service because, in my experience, that usually just turns into a runaround and doesn’t actually fix anything

I bought a Breeo fire pit and figured I’d grab a couple accessories later since the site made it seem simple to build onto the setup over time... but that has not been my experience. The pieces I ordered don’t really fit right with what I have. One sits kind of awkwardly, and another apparently needs extra parts that I didn’t realize I’d need. When I reached out to support, they basically just sent me back to the product page... which was the same info that confused me in the first place. For how expensive this stuff is, the compatibility should be way more obvious. Now I’ve got pricey accessories just sitting in my garage, and I’m annoyed. I won’t be ordering more.

I picked up a breeo fire pit thinking it would be a solid upgrade, but it burns through wood way faster than I expected. A normal evening takes a surprising amount of logs, way more than my old cheap fire pit ever needed, so I feel like I’m constantly getting up to feed it.

The heat is fine, but the fuel cost adds up and it gets annoying watching the wood pile disappear so fast. I tried reaching out and asking about it, but it felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership or give a useful answer. For what this thing costs, I expected better efficiency and better support. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I was happy to find that this part was made in the USA, since that’s something I usually look for when I can. Compared to some of the cheaper parts I’ve bought before, this one felt like the better choice, but the price definitely hurt a little.

I get that it’s supposed to be higher quality, but the price feels way too steep for what you actually get. After using it, I really don’t feel like it was worth the money. What made it more frustrating was getting inconsistent answers whenever I had questions, so I never felt like I knew what to expect. Overall, it just didn’t feel like a good value.

I bought this thinking it would give off that nice cozy fire vibe to sit around, but the flames just didnt really do it for me. They looked kind of small and flat most of the time, not like that warm campfire feel I was hoping for. Maybe it puts out decent heat, idk, but just for the look of it, it felt boring. I had to reach out to Breeo about a warranty issue with my fire pit. They did get back to me and helped get it sorted out, but it took around a few more messages than I expected. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not super smooth either. I’m glad it got handled in the end, but I wish the whole process had been a little quicker and clearer.

I was really hoping this mat would save my patio, but it didnt. After using it, I still ended up with scorch marks on the deck, so it was disappointing.

Maybe it’s just me, but the shipping experience with Breeo was really frustrating. The tracking barely changed, the delivery date kept getting pushed back, and I never got a clear explanation about what was happening.

I ended up having to reach out myself just to get any kind of update. For what they charge, I expected a smoother process. The product might be great, but by the time it arrived, the whole wait and lack of communication had already taken the excitement out of it.
